DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most orders will ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, mindovermatterapparelco.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Our Standard shipping rates may vary depending on the total weight and destination of items.
Free shipping for contiguous US orders totaling over $180, after discounts and before taxes. Contiguous US does not include Hawaii or Alaska. No code necessary free shipping will be applied at checkout if the $180 threshold has been met. Free shipping does not apply to orders over $400, if you are a retailer and interested in wholesale please contact our wholesale department inquiries@mindovermatterapparelco.com for further information.
Standard Shipping - Arrives 1-7 business days from shipped date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your house. Mind Over Matter Apparel cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Items sold during Black Friday and Cyber Monday may take up to 12 business days to ship, please be patient tracking numbers may take up to 12 days to be generated and sent to your email address. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE ITEMS YOU ORDER AND YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH MINDOVERMATTERAPPARELCO.COM. DEPENDING ON THE REASON FOR THE RETURN AND THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT, THERE MAY BE SEVERAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU.

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges. Refunds for store credit only. * (sale items - exchange only) If you would like to return an item for any reason other than mispacked or defective products, we can issue store credit you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. You will have 15 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service. If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the item. If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 15 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason. If the item was purchased at an event, expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If the item was purchased at one of our retailers, please take the product back to the retailer for a return or exchange. Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of sale. This applies to Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. There will be no refunding of the difference in price if you purchased an item before the sales started. Additional limitations may apply.
To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product. You can contact us by emailing inquiries@mindovermatterapparelco.com, or by submitting a return request. Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the exchange or Online store credit to your account. You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
We do not offer refunds. To request a return, or for more information about our Returns Policy, please contact our Customer Service department by emailing inquires@mindovermatterapparelco.com or by submitting a return request.
We want to get this taken care of for you as soon as possible so you can enjoy the products that you ordered from us. We ask that you please be patient with us as we are handling return requests and processing your return/exchange. Once packages are delivered at our warehouse, it can take up to 5 business days to begin
processing (depending on the current volume). Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding your return.
